It is to inform you about the following;
We have arranged a PARENT TEACHER MEETING for the students of Class Montessori till Class One.
Day and Date: Saturday, 1st February, 2020.
Timings: 08:30 am – 12:30 pm
AGENDA OF THE MEETING
- Academic discussion and Declaration of Assessment result.
RULES AND REGULATION FOR PTM
- Attendance is compulsory for PTM.
- Only Parents and the concerned child will come for the meeting to collect the result.
- The students must come in proper school uniform, otherwise they will not be allowed in the school.
- You are requested to stick to the meeting agenda. Avoid unnecessary discussion.
- Time limitation for each parent is 5-7 minutes.
- If you want to have a detailed discussion regarding any specific issue, kindly take an appointment from the Coordinators.
- Parents who miss PTM, can collect the result from the admin office. No one will be entertained by the teachers and coordinators later on.
- You are requested to switch off your mobile phones during the PTM.
- We expect politeness and respect for teachers during PTM.
