Students enrolled in the school are abide by the following code of conduct
- Attendance in all the tests/exams is compulsory. Absence will be counted as zero marks and retest will not be conducted unless the parents meet with the principal with a very strong reason for absence.
- Students may be charged fine for the given
- Late arrival to the school
- Late arrival to the class.
- Being absent for the whole day without a written application
- Bunking a class
- Any other as deemed necessary by the principal
- No student during official hours is allowed to leave the school. In case of any emergency, a student has to take a special permission from the administration.
- All students must take great care of the school’s property. If any student is caught damaging any property he/she is going to be dealt with school rules and regulations.
- Presence in the morning assembly is compulsory for the students.
- All students are required to come to school in proper/neat and tidy uniform.
- According to the new “healthy food” policy of the school, students are required to bring home made lunch.
- School has a strict policy regarding cheating during home examination.
- Any student found committing this offense will be dealt with school’s rules and regulations.
- All the communication with the parents and students will be done through diary. No phone calls to the administration shall be entertained in this regard.
- Parents should get all the information on their child academic, attendance and behavior in the school from the office time to time.
- The institution has zero tolerance policy regarding physical fight, abusive language, political discussion or misbehavior with the teachers or any other staff member. Student committing any of these offenses might be expelled from the school.
- Mobile phone/cameras/any electronic gadget is strictly prohibited in school’s premises. Once confiscated, the object may not be returned or heavy fine may be charged.
- Students must maintain attendance above 80% and overall marks above 70% (in the MOKE exam). The institution reserved the right to withhold the student’s entry for CIE examination if either one of the criteria is no met.
The institution retains the right to make any changes to the policies as the administration deems fit and the same will be notified to the students via diaries. The institute will not be responsible for the non-communication of the same by the parents.
