PARENT – TEACHER MEETING

AGENDA: Declaration of Final Examination Result

Date:  Wednesday, 18^th March, 2020 (Montessori – Nursery)

Thursday, 19^th March, 2020 (Prep – One)

Timings: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm

• The position holders of class Prep and Ones will be awarded with trophies and certificates on Wednesday, 18^th March, 2020.
• The position holders will be informed on Monday, 16^th March, 2020.
• Students should come on the Result Day in their School Uniform.

Note:  Parents will come to collect the result (Montessori – Class One)

New Session:

The new session will start from Thursday, 2^nd April, 2020.

Timings: Montessori – Nursery 08:30 am – 12:45 pm

Prep – Class 10^th Matric 07:45 am – 01:45 pm

Friday: Montessori – Nursery 08:30 am – 11:30 am

Prep – Class 10^th Matric 07:45 am – 12:00 pm

Books and Copies:

Books will  be available in the school on the following dates;

• Books slip will be given on the Result Day.
• Exchange of the books and copies should be avoided.
• If the names are written on the books and copies, they will not be exchanged or returned, nor will the money be given back.
• Books money should be deposited in the Bank (HBL).
• Books and copies must be thoroughly checked before leaving the school.
• The school will not be responsible for any loss.
• Parents are requested to cover the books and copies with plastic sheet.
• Plastic sheet should not be removed from the bags.
• Books and copies will not be available after the abovementioned dates.

Summer Uniform: Summer uniform will be available at Wadud Home Store.
