Summer Holidays

Respected Parents,

It is to inform you about the following:

• Summer Holidays: The Summer Holidays from Class Montessori to Class 7^thwill commence from Thursday, 30^th May, 2019. Wednesday, 29^th May, 2019 will be the last working day for the students.
• Re – Open: The school will re-open as per following schedule:
• Class: Montessori till Class 7^th Monday, 2^nd September, 2019
• Timings: 07:45 am – 01:45 pm
• Summer Vacation Home Work should be submitted on Tuesday, 20^thAugust, 2019 and Wednesday, 21^st August, 2019  (From Montessori – Class 7^th)
• The late Home Work will not be marked.
• In case of Emergency, inform the administration through a phone call or send an application.
• Write your child’s full name and mention the class and section in the Home Work copy.

 

PARENT TEACHER MEETING

AGENDA:  SUMMER VACATION HOME WORK AND ACADEMIC DISCUSSION

Timings: 08:00 am – 12:00 pm

Note: Siblings can also receive their Summer Vacation Home Work on Tuesday, 11^th June, 2019.

• Teachers will explain the Home Work in their respective classes.
• Parents are kindly requested to collect the Home Work in time on Parent Teacher Meeting day. You are requested to cooperate with us and do not take the Home Work of your child very lightly.
• The teachers will not be available for any discussion after the meeting day. The Parents will only receive Home Work from the Administration after the mentioned date.

• Kindly clear your child’s Tuition Fee and Transport Fee. (If any)
• You are requested to avoid discussion on Monetary issues.
